Insectivore
Animals that mostly eat insects and other small invertebrates.
What is an insectivore?
Frogs, meerkats, hedgehogs and many birds are insectivores. They catch insects with sticky tongues, sharp ears or quick reflexes.
Insectivores help farmers too, by keeping insect numbers in gardens and fields in balance.
