Mollusc
Animals without backbones that have soft bodies; many have a shell.
What is a mollusc?
Snails, mussels, oysters, squid and octopuses are molluscs. Some carry a hard shell to protect their bodies.
Octopuses and squid have no outer shell. Instead they are clever and fast, and hide by changing colour.
