Amphibian
Cold-blooded animals with backbones and thin, moist skin, that spend part of their lives in water and part on land.
What is an amphibian?
Frogs, toads and salamanders are amphibians. Most lay eggs in water; the young live in water first and move onto land as they grow.
Amphibians can also breathe through their skin, so their skin must stay moist.
