www.yamanzoo.com and YamoFarm are free, ad-free educational services. By using the site, creating a YamoFarm account or sending a form, you accept these terms.

1. The service

The site and YamoFarm are provided free of charge and “as is”. We do not guarantee they will be uninterrupted, error-free or always available, and we may change, suspend or end any part of them without notice.

2. Information is educational

Facts about animals, nature, farming and livestock are simplified, general educational information; figures are approximate. They are not veterinary, medical, agricultural or legal advice. YamoFarm is a game and simulation; its yields, prices and weather effects may not match real life. Weather data comes from a third party and may be late or wrong.

3. Injured-animal reports are not an emergency service

The report form is a voluntary contact tool. We do not guarantee any response time, on-site help or outcome. If an animal's or a person's life is in danger, contact your municipality's veterinary service, the relevant authorities or emergency services (112 in Türkiye) straight away, and never put yourself at risk.

4. Content you send

You are responsible for what you send and must not include other people's personal data or rude or unlawful content. You give us a free, unlimited-time, non-transferable permission to store, answer and, for questions, publish your content with your first name. Report photos are never published. We may decline to publish, edit or delete any content.

5. YamoFarm accounts and rules

• Keep your account and recovery code safe; do not share the code.
• All in-game money, land, crops and animals are virtual and have no real-world value. They cannot be bought or sold for money and create no claim.
• The game is in development: balance, rules and content may change, and game data may be reset if technically necessary.
• Cheating, bots, exploits, harassment and offensive names are not allowed. We may suspend or delete accounts and remove virtual items without notice.

6. Intellectual property

Texts, design, software, YamoFarm and the “yamanzoo” and “YamoFarm” names and marks belong to us. Animal photos come from Wikimedia Commons under the free licences shown with each photo. Sharing for education at school or at home, with credit, is welcome.

7. Limitation of liability

As this is a free educational service, to the fullest extent permitted by law we are not liable for any direct or indirect loss arising from using or being unable to use the service, decisions based on its information, loss of game data, third-party services (Cloudflare, Google, the weather source) or linked external sites. This does not limit liability for intent or gross negligence, or where liability cannot be limited by law.

8. Personal data, changes and law

Your personal data is handled under the Privacy and Cookie Policy, and nothing in these terms limits your statutory data protection rights. We may update these terms; continued use means you accept the new version. These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye; the courts of the data controller's place of residence have jurisdiction, without prejudice to mandatory consumer rights, including those of consumers in their country of residence. If one clause is invalid, the rest remain in force.
